Returns

• Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper assembly.

• Return Process:

  • Returns must be brought to our store location:
    4393 Kuri Road, Chah Sultan, Rawalpindi.

  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, as applicable.
